Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will assist students in understanding their academic and career options, provide guidance on university programs and courses, and offer tailored support to help students make well-informed decisions. The role involves student counseling, career counseling sessions, and active participation in education-related advisement activities to ensure a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Academic Advising capabilities
• A background in Education or related fields
• Ability to build rapport with students and understand their needs
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach
• Experience in counseling or education services would be advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
