Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Gurugram. The Educational Counselor will assist students in navigating their educational and career pathways by providing guidance and personalized counseling. Responsibilities include advising students on course and college selection, understanding their aspirations, assisting with admissions processes, and supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and a solid understanding of the education industry
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and universities
• Passion for education, willingness to stay updated on academic trends, and attention to detail
• Prior experience in counseling or educational consulting roles is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; additional certifications in counseling are a plus
