Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Educational Counselor, based on-site in Delhi, India. The Educational Counselor will guide students in selecting suitable academic programs and career paths that align with their aspirations and strengths. Responsibilities include providing educational consulting, advising on career opportunities, supporting students with academic decisions, and maintaining clear and effective communication. The counselor will play a pivotal role in empowering students to make informed choices for their future.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong expertise in Career Counseling and guidance for academic growth
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders
• Knowledge in the field of Education and familiarity with trends in higher education
• Empathy, active listening, and a student-centric approach
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Psychology, or Counseling; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• Experience in a similar role or within the education sector is preferred
