Role Overview

As an Educational Counselor, you will:

• Provide personalized guidance to students on study options and career pathways.
• Assist in developing tailored study plans based on student profiles.
• Conduct detailed student assessments and offer career counseling.
• Convert student inquiries into successful applications through effective sales and follow-up strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with students, educational institutions, and internal teams.
• Build and nurture positive relationships to ensure smooth processing and student success.
• Professionally manage student portfolios with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Student Counselling specifically for New Zealand.

• Strong understanding of educational processes; knowledge of NZ education and immigration systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Ability to build trust, engage students effectively, and meet conversion targets.
• Dynamic, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in organizing and managing student files with attention to detail.
