Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Education Counselor with experience in overseas education counseling. The ideal candidate will guide students throughout their study abroad journeyfrom initial course selection to admission and visa processing. This role requires strong communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to meet targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education options across countries such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Understand and evaluate student profiles to recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries.
• Manage end-to-end admissions process including application submission, documentation, and follow-up.
• Guide students through visa submissions, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and participation in promotional activities as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, universities, and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly student enrollment and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on admission policies, intakes, scholarships, and visa rules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education / Business preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling or the education industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Convincing ability with a target-driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of application portals and the documentation process for multiple countries.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
