Job Description

Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on course offerings and academic paths.
Understand student needs and provide accurate information about programs.
Convert leads through inbound/outbound calls and scheduled counselling sessions.
Maintain follow-up with potential students for enrollment.
Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to meet enrollment targets.
Maintain records in CRM tools and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in academic/student counselling, edtech, or similar roles.
Fluency in Malayalam
(mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
Prior experience in education sector or e-learning will be an advantage.

Location:

Bangalore (On-site)

Languages Required:

Malayalam
(Fluent)
English and Hindi (Basic to Intermediate)
