Job Title: Academic Counsellor Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (in Ed-Tech Industry) Location: Hoodi, Bangalore Salary: Up to 5 LPA Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off) Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Academic Counsellor with prior experience in the ed-tech industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of student needs and possess the ability to guide and convert leads through face-to-face counselling sessions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions with students and parents. Understand students' academic and career aspirations to provide relevant course recommendations. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective counselling and follow-ups. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle student queries with professionalism. Track and manage leads through CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups. Participate in seminars, open houses, and other student engagement activities as required. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an academic counsellor in an ed-tech company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset. Ability to work under pressure and handle objections effectively Must be comfortable working on rotational week offs and 6-day work schedule. Only female candidates are eligible for this role.
