Senior Academic Counsellor

We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Senior Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counseling experience, and the ability to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries and provide academic counseling based on their interests and career goals
• Explain course details, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities to students and parents
• Manage the full admission process—from initial inquiry to enrolment
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Guide students on documentation and enrolment formalities
• Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
• Support marketing & outreach activities when required
• Provide training and mentorship to junior counselors
• Contribute to improving counseling strategies and conversion rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of experience as Academic Counselor / Senior Counselor / Admission Officer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and communication tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
