Job Title: Academic Counselor – Arena Animation Kanpur

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Academic Counselor with excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and professional grooming to guide students and parents about our animation, VFX, gaming, and design programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and admission processes
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and relationship building
• Maintain student records and manage the admissions pipeline
• Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth academic operations
• Organize seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions
• Support marketing and outreach activities when required

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Confident, energetic, and positive attitude
• Professional grooming & good presentation skills
• Pleasant personality & approachable behavior
• Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet admission targets

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in counseling, sales, front desk, customer service, or education sector
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Management, Arts, Commerce, Education, or Communication)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling added advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
