Job Description

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at Arena Animation Kanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about our design and animation courses, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries from prospective students and parents. Explain course details, career opportunities, and eligibility criteria. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages. Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively presenting the benefits of the courses. Maintain a record of all admissions and leads in the system. Assist in organizing promotional activities, seminars, webinars, and open-house sessions. Coordinate with the academic and marketing team to achieve admission targets. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with students. Requirements: Graduation in any stream (preferred: Marketing, Education, or Communication). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly admission targets. A friendly, confident, and persuasive attitude. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience in educational counselling or admissions. Knowledge of design, animation, or multimedia training sector. Social media and digital communication knowledge.
