Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar I for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about educational programs, and addressing inquiries. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential students and their families, conducting campus tours, assisting with application processes, and promoting the institution's programs and values to prospective applicants.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to guide and advise prospective students effectively
A passion for and understanding of the Education sector
Ability to build relationships with applicants and represent the institution professionally
Relevant experience in admissions or counseling is a plus
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
