We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Admission Counselor to manage the admission process, build relationships with prospective parents and students, and promote the school’s brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Admission Process Management:
- Guide prospective parents and students through the admission process.
- Conduct school tours, presentations, and interviews.
- Manage inquiries, applications, and documentation.
2. Counseling & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and students.
- Address queries and concerns, providing accurate information about the school.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve admission strategies.
5. ERP Support (School Pad App) - Manage the ERP system for students and staff.
- Draft and publish school circulars on the School Pad App.
- Resolve School Pad-related issues for parents.
- Oversee printing and publishing of student report cards for assessments.
