We are looking for a skilled and experienced Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents through educational and career decisions, generate quality leads, and contribute to the organization’s growth. The role involves both counselling and tele-engagement responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills, professionalism, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct in-person and telephonic counselling sessions for students and parents.
● Guide students in choosing suitable academic programs and career paths.
● Generate reference leads from students and ensure consistent follow-up for conversions.
● Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure lead nurturing and closure.
● Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments using CRM tools.
● Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
● Collaborate with telecounselling and seminar coordination teams to meet organizational goals.
● Represent the organization at schools, education fairs, and events as needed.
● Take full accountability for assigned counselling targets and deliverables.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
