Team Lead

Team Management & Leadership Lead, motivate, and manage a team of career counsellors and field executives. Set daily/weekly goals and monitor team performance (counselling sessions, student conversions, outreach activities). Able to take target of team and work smoothly. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills. Counselling Oversight Ensure accurate and empathetic career guidance is provided to students from diverse backgrounds. Supervise career assessment processes, student profiling, and personalized counselling plans. Address escalated student/parent queries and resolve concerns efficiently. Reporting & Quality Control Track counselling metrics, lead conversions, and student satisfaction. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management. Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance.
