Team Lead

We seek a highly experienced Software Team Lead with 7- 10 years of proven expertise to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a pivotal member, you will spearhead and manage a team of talented software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that precisely meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities :

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in Java and Microservices development using SpringBoot, React, Angular, Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Action, CI/CD processes, SQL, and Selenium automation testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions aligned with business objectives and promote a unified approach to software development. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines. Lead and manage a diverse team of skilled software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Implement best practices in project management and development methodologies to achieve high-quality deliverables. Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in all aspects of project development. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains within the software development lifecycle. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into team strategies. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential while maintaining a positive and innovative culture. Responsible for Quality audit compliance findings. Identify project-specific training and coordinate with the knowledge management team for engineers' training plans. Responsible for improving project team members' efficiency.

Required Skills :

7-10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least five years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects from concept to production. Hands-on expertise in REST, MySQL/PostgreSQL, WebSocket, MongoDB, and Redis. Proficiency in JavaScript, ECMAScript, AngularJs/ReactJs and Node JS. Experience with packages like ExpressJS, Crypto, and other required packages. Extensive expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git. Experience with SQL queries, web stacks, libraries, frameworks, and Mongo DB. Strong knowledge of Respective Tech Stack. UptoDate Technical Knowledge. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
