Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person counselling.
• Guide students through course options, eligibility, and documentation.
• Share demo class links, follow up on interest, and track conversations.
• Coordinate with referral agents and internal teams for smooth lead conversion.
• Maintain daily reports from pre-sale to post-sale stages.
• Support pricing discussions and EMI options for language programs.

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in student counselling or academic outreach.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Familiarity with international test prep and nursing job pathways.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with CRM or lead tracking tools.
