Roles and Responsibilities of Placement Executive 1. Student registration on software Superset 2. Upload CVs & create a CV bank. 3. Ensure students Acceptance of the Placement Policy 4. Ensure Students attend placement orientations 5. Ensure Students attend mock GD, PI & Aptitude test 6. To collect all dream companies, roles & expected CTC from students 7. Research on the Company profiles & go through their reviews in depth to ensure quality JD 8. Float JD to students on the software platform superset for registrations 9. Create a batch matrix of students 10. Seek registrations of students through platform & create a WhatsApp group for smooth communication 11. To address students queries & grievances related to JD, if any 12. Match the student's profile with requirements 13. Maintain MOM, JD tracker, Training tracker, MIS reports, Analysis & EOD reports on a daily basis 14. Follow up with students for offer letters and complete documentation. 15. Ensure all JDs, offer letters, opt-in, opt-out forms physical copies are filed 16. Will help during the campus drives. 17. Arrange necessary logistics required by the recruiters when they are visiting the Campus. 18. Assist in preparing Corporate Deck, Corporate Brochure & Placement reports.
