Train agents via structured Max Life modules and on-field demos (FODs).
Cultivate strong work habits in prospecting, calling, and sales activities.
Monitor agent progress, identify gaps, and collaborate with trainers for development.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Improve agent performance and policy persistency with PRP, IID, and GID programs.
Maintain a healthy product mix aligned with company norms.
Represent Max Life as a trusted brand ambassador.
Conduct regular customer meetings to build loyalty and gather insights.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
