Job Title: AskHR Tier 2 Specialist

This role is ideal for professionals with deep HR knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will handle escalated or specialized HR requests, support process improvement efforts, and ensure a seamless employee experience across multiple service channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier 2 HR services and manage complex or specialized employee requests escalated from Tier 1, ensuring compliance with internal controls, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Monitor AskHR intake channels and respond to queries via email, phone, chat, or in-person, ensuring professional, timely, and accurate communication.
  • Serve as a role model for Tier 1 support, demonstrating a high standard of customer service, HR expertise, and professional behavior.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with HR Operations, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Legal, Procurement).
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the Knowledge Management System (KMS), including process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence under the guidance of the regional HR Operations/AskHR lead.
  • Provide functional support coverage during team member absences as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10years of relevant experience in HR shared services or HR operations, preferably in a Tiered HR model.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems and case management tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and contribute to knowledge-building initiatives.
