Role Overview: You will be joining Dev Staffing Solutions as a Zonal Sales Manager for the Pharma General Division at Jaidev Pharma Placement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies for market growth in the pharmaceutical sector - Lead and oversee pharmaceutical sales teams to ensure business objectives are met - Monitor team performance and implement training programs for skill development - Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders - Collaborate with regional managers to achieve revenue targets and analyze sales data - Contribute to the overall growth of the organization through strategic planning and business analysis Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, and Revenue Generation - Proven expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales and a deep understanding of industry trends - Exceptional ability in People Management, Leadership, and Team Development - Experience in Hiring, Recruitment, Training, and Employee Development programs - Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills - Proficiency in analyzing sales data and implementing growth strategies - Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic business environments - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus - Previous experience in similar roles, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, is preferred,
