Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a ZSM-Pharma General Division with Dev Staffing Solutions. Located in Chennai, the role involves overseeing and leading pharmaceutical sales teams to meet business objectives. The role includes developing strategies for market growth, monitoring team performance, implementing training programs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collaborating with regional managers, the Zonal Sales Manager will ensure the achievement of revenue targets, analyze sales data, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

• Proven expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends

• Experience in Hiring, Recruitment, Training, and Employee Development programs
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and implementing actionable growth strategies
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic business environments
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in similar roles, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, preferred
