Job Description

Role Overview: As a Zonal Training Specialist (Sales) at Dyson, your primary responsibility will be to deliver and manage training programs that enhance the sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance of sales teams within a designated region or zone. You will collaborate with GSM and zonal sales leaders to identify training needs, design customized training programs, facilitate training sessions, provide ongoing coaching to sales team members, track training effectiveness, and ensure alignment between training initiatives and regional sales goals. Additionally, you will support the development of sales enablement materials and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with GSM and zonal sales leaders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps across the sales team in the assigned zone. - Design and develop customized sales training programs aligned with company objectives, sales targets, and regional challenges. - Lead training programs for sales representatives, managers, support staff, and Partner staff using in-person and virtual delivery methods. - Manage the onboarding process for new sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. - Provide ongoing coaching to individual sales team members through one-on-one sessions and team workshops. - Track training effectiveness through performance metrics, assessments, and feedback surveys. - Work closely with zonal sales managers and regional leadership to ensure alignment between training programs and sales goals. - Identify and mentor potential in-house trainers within the region to promote peer-to-peer learning. - Stay updated on the latest sales techniques and trends to continuously improve training content. - Support the development of sales enablement materials such as product guides and sales playbooks. - Ensure all training programs are compliant with company policies and industry regulations. Qualification Required: - Education: MBA, Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales operations, preferably in a sales-driven environment. - Skills: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills; strong knowledge of sales methodologies; proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM software; outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. - Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within the designated zone and ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.,
