Job Summary:
Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital is seeking an experienced and driven Zonal Sales Manager to oversee and manage sales operations within a defined geographic zone. This role is responsible for achieving business targets, managing regional sales teams, developing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, and expanding the hospital’s footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, and Medical Representatives.
Build strong relationships with doctors, oncologists, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare professionals to drive referrals.
Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute regional promotions, CMEs, medical camps, and awareness campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
Analyze zonal performance metrics and present detailed reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare sales.
Recruit, train, and develop sales talent within the zone.
Travel extensively within the zone to ensure direct engagement with key accounts and team members.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
