Job Description

You will be a part of SolarSquare, one of India's top 5 Rooftop solar companies with a mission to enable homes & housing societies across India to go solar. As a team member, you will be part of a group of hustlers and mission-driven individuals striving to decarbonize India one roof at a time. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and managing opportunities in business processes to contribute to the organization's short and long-term business goals. - Evaluating findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations about the business and financial viability of alternative opportunities. - Establishing long-term professional relationships with potential stakeholders and partners to promote new processes and services. - Leading meetings and negotiations with stakeholders and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization's business interests. - Creating a marketing mix and identifying key channels for new market activations. - Driving marketing campaigns using the optimal mix of digital and offline mediums. - Leading a team of 10 - 15 people with individual targets to achieve. **Customer Experience Responsibilities:** - Owning the end-to-end experience of all customer segments. - Interacting with internal teams (engineering and logistics) to ensure a delightful, seamless experience for end customers. - Analyzing feedback from appropriate networks or measurements within the organization. - Following and ensuring the progress and speed of development actions/projects are well defined and measured. **People Management Responsibilities:** - Lead and coordinate improvement activities and development programs. - Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure that projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely. **Process Optimization Responsibilities:** - Managing and maintaining the development roadmap in cooperation with all responsible functions. - Defining dashboards for greater visibility and debugging customer acquisition, customer interaction, and project execution processes.
