Job Description Zonal Sales Manager South PUNIT MEDITEK PRIVATE LIMITED, CHENNAI, INDIA PUNIT MEDITEK PRIVATE LIMITED, a fast-growing progressive organization managed by qualified and experienced professionals with the State-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Chennai is looking for a Zonal Sales Manager- South to head the Sales Organization on in southern India for its unique and proven concepts in the field of Advanced Wound Care which is growing at more than 15% CAGR . He will be based at our corporate office in Chennai and taking responsibility for the en re southern region with the support of field staff recruited in different territories as per the need of the organization on in a phased manner. We are looking for a young and energe c candidate in the age group of 35-40 with the proven track record in managing the southern part of India in the similar domain or in the hospital cri cal care consumables / Medical devices in established pharma / medical device companies with proficiency in English, Tamil, Hindi, and working language skills in other south Indian languages. The Candidate should possess requisite exposure in servicing both corporate and government hospitals and working relationships with key surgical specialties including plastic, general, orthopedics, vascular, podiatry, dermatology and surgical gastroenterology etc. The Selected Candidate should possess capacity to Recruit, Train, Motivate, Lead and Retain competent sales team in different headquarters in south, take complete responsibility to run the sales organization in south with all the possible support from the management team to bring the revenue as per the agreed numbers and function as a profit center head. We are looking for a candidate with good family background with honesty and integrity as his core value system for immediate placement. Apart from the above basic requirements, the following specific requirements will apply 1. Leadership skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills are essentials. 2. Should be a strong field person, willingness to travel and meet with potential customers and nurture relationship to meet long term objectives of the organization. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales above the target levels. 4. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. 5. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and making forecast 6. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them 7. Ensure the company sales targets are made by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. 8. Manage the sales closing process- Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly. 9. Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships 10. Ability to appoint influencal and competent financially sound stockiest / distributors in the defined territories for both private hospitals and government tender business. 11. Ability to monitor the day- to- day working of the sales team using online monitoring. 12. Ability to place the products in the hospitals with the working relationship with the user surgeons, nursing staff and purchase team. 13. Set relevant targets/quotas with distributors and con nually monitors performance throughout the year. 14. Ability to organize and conduct CMEs as per our requirements from one to one. 15. Exposure to working in OTs and ICUs is preferred. 16. Business Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics, competiton, and financial performance. 17. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyses data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. 18. Regulatory Knowledge: Reasonable Understanding of pharmaceu cal regula ons and compliance requirements. 19. Exposure in product management will be preferred. Qualification: Life sciences graduates/ post graduates including biotechnology, Chemistry and Pharmacology.
