Zonal Sales Manager Bancassurance / Insurance / Channel Sales 8-12 Years Experience- Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
zonal bancassurance sales plans
aligned with business objectives.
Achieve
premium collection, product mix, and profitability targets
.
Build and maintain strong
relationships with senior bank officials
at regional and branch levels.
Lead, mentor, and manage a
team of area sales managers and relationship managers
.
Analyze sales data, identify gaps, and recommend
corrective actions
to optimize performance.
Ensure
smooth issuance, servicing, and claims processes
for customers.

Requirements:

812 years of experience
in insurance or financial services, with 45 years in
leadership roles in bancassurance or channel sales
.
Strong knowledge of
general insurance products
and bancassurance operations.
Proven track record in
sales growth and team management
.
Excellent
relationship building and negotiation skills
.
Strategic thinking with ability to drive
customer-centric initiatives
.
Strong
analytical and operational skills
for monitoring performance.
