Role & Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and venue-based presentations.
Interact with walk-in customers to generate quality leads.
Provide financial advisory solutions based on customer needs.
Manage and convert pre-fixed appointments into sales.
Visit potential clients for new business opportunities.
Maintain updated customer databases (current, target, and prospective).
Track, monitor, and close leads using company tools and systems.
Ensure consistent business growth while delivering excellent service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
1-2 years of stable experience in Sales of Life Insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
