Job Title: Insurance Agency Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Insurance Agency Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team of agents, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of insurance products, and a passion for team development and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Management

Supervise the daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed agency sales and performance goals.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage insurance agents and support staff.

Set individual sales targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Sales & Marketing:

Drive the agencys sales initiatives through coaching, lead generation, and local marketing efforts.

Identify new business opportunities and strategies to expand the customer base.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.

Customer Relations

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of client issues.

Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and ensure proper policy servicing and renewals.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all agents and staff are in compliance with state licensing requirements and internal standards.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations.

Qualification :10th Pass minimum

Age :No age limit

Exp :Experience in any insurance sector required
