Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Zonal Manager - Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing strategies, managing trade discounting, executing engagement schemes, and ensuring effective product communication across key markets. The role requires a hands-on leader who can engage with retailers, contractors, and local teams to achieve organizational goals, implement training initiatives, and elevate the brand presence across various channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Trade Discounting & Engagement Schemes: Develop and implement trade discounting strategies and engagement schemes based on annual budgets. Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives and target markets. 2. Focus Product Communication: Identify and promote focus products (product groups) across the zonal region, ensuring targeted communication in local languages for CROs, retailers, and contractors. Create and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits and features to the target audience. 3. Contractor Engagement & Training: Organize contractor meets and product application training across markets to enhance product knowledge and usage. Coordinate with local teams to ensure effective implementation of training sessions, ensuring high levels of engagement and learning. 4. Brand Activation & Market Visibility: Ensure the maintenance and visibility of key brand assets, including shop signages, iMAGN walls, wall paintings. Monitor the placement of marketing materials to enhance brand presence in retail spaces. 5. Activation Based on Product-Market Fit: Lead product activations that are aligned with the product-market fit ensuring the right product is marketed to the right audience. Collaborate with product teams to develop activation strategies that resonate with local market needs. 6. Market Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to ensure marketing strategies are effective and relevant. Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management on campaign performance, market penetration, and opportunities for improvement. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and supply chain teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives. Provide guidance to local teams in executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, product promotion, and trade discounting techniques. Experience in managing local market activation, contractor engagement, and training programs. Excellent communication skills in local languages (preferred).
