Zonal Marketing Lead/Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive store traffic and sales
• Plan and implement BTL activations to drive awareness and consideration
• Drive partnership with local businesses of similar stature to drive footfalls
• Collaborate with central marketing and branch to identify key locations for OOH and implement monitoring systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store promotions, displays, and campaigns
• Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including signage, displays, and promotional materials
• Analyse sales data and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with retail teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance the overall customer experience
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay informed about retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Point of Sale material specification/production process and execution at Retail.
• Experience in retail development with operational execution responsibilities.
• Driven Visual Merchandising for Retail stores.
• Proven expertise in driving operational efficiencies.
• Requires strong networking skills.
• Strong collaborative and operational skills backed with good understanding of marketing functions and vendor management.
• Ability to multi task, adapt to market dynamics, strong team player
• High human interface with Offline marketing, sales, vendor teams.
• Relevant experience of 6+ years in BTL agencies/companies.
• Should be able to speak Local language, English and Hindi
