Zonal Manager

Role Overview: As the Zonal Manager at our organization based in Gurugram, you will have the pivotal role of overseeing the operations of 50+ apparel stores. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of City Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Managers in driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a stellar customer experience that aligns with our brand's standards. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to achieve business objectives, expand market reach, and effectively manage team performance across the zone. Key Responsibilities: - Lead daily operations across multiple apparel stores to ensure smooth functioning, accurate inventory management, and strict adherence to brand standards. - Supervise and mentor a team of retail managers to foster a high-performance culture dedicated to meeting sales and operational targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies in line with market trends to drive business growth and maximize profitability. - Stay informed about fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform store strategies and enhance product offerings. - Implement processes to optimize visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer service for a seamless shopping experience. - Identify opportunities for business growth through new market expansion and maintain financial oversight to monitor store-level performance. Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of experience in the retail apparel industry. - Strong background in managing large teams and multi-store operations. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift schedule. The work location will be in person at our Gurugram office.,
