We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Zonal Manager – Collections to lead and scale our field operations across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bucket-wise collections, agency management, field force deployment, Retail Collections, and achieving high-resolution targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive collections strategy across all buckets for the entire zone
• Manage field executives, agencies, and regional collection teams
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and process discipline
• Handle escalations, high-risk accounts, and legal coordination
• Deliver strong recovery performance while controlling costs
• Monitor daily field movement, productivity, and digital collection tools
• Work closely with senior leadership on initiatives like automation, 2.5x volume planning, and field optimization
