⏰ Job Type: Full-time


Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Head (B2B) to drive sales and expand our business in the South Region, while being based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have expertise in B2B sales, dealer & distribution network management, and strong knowledge of solar inverters & related products.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales & Business Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Xwatt Solar’s market share in South India.

Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners for solar inverters.

Work on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.


✅ Dealer & Distribution Network Management:

Strengthen and expand the dealer & distributor network in key cities across South India.

Provide support and training to channel partners to enhance sales performance.


✅ Market Analysis & Strategy:

Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Develop region-specific sales strategies to ensure maximum market penetration.


✅ Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, industrial clients, and solar developers.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.


✅ Product Knowledge & Technical Support:

Promote and educate clients on Xwatt Solar’s range of on-grid inverters.

Provide technical guidance and support to customers for effective product utilization.


✅ Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and after-sales service.


Requirements:

✔ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales (solar inverters, renewable energy, or power electronics preferred).

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

✔ Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, relationship management, and strong communication.

✔ Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of solar inverters, net metering, and the solar PV industry.

✔ Mobility: Willingness to travel across South India for business expansion.
