Zonal Head - North (Admissions & Outreach )

Purpose:

Join our ambitious, mission-driven School Of Technology as a Zonal Head, where every engagement inspires future leaders. Lead regional admissions and outreach, building relationships, driving enrolment, and making a lasting impact on the educational journey of thousands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor and own all student admission and outreach activities in your designated zone
    • Design and implement regional outreach strategies to foster robust connections with schools, coaching centres, and community organizations
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt local admissions campaigns
    • Collaborate with Schools for conducting workshops, masterclasses and events for Students / Teachers / Principals
  • Relationship Management

    • Build enduring partnerships with school leaders, education consultants, and influencers to maximize visibility and positive brand recall
    • Represent the institution at education fairs, open houses, counselling events, and community interactions.
  • Team Development:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor zonal and outreach teams, cultivating a culture of operational excellence, integrity, and innovation
    • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth within your team.
  • Admissions Excellence:

    • Ensure a transparent, fair, and mission-aligned admissions process, balancing institutional priorities and student aspirations
    • Deploy technology (CRM, analytics tools) to enhance applicant experience and track outcomes
  • Reporting & Accountability:

    • Maintain and report key performance indicators on outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and student diversity.
    • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and industry standards, delivering on targets and quality benchmarks
  • Brand Building:

    • Communicate the institutions vision passionately—engaging diverse audiences in ways that spark curiosity and trust.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or allied field
  • 8+ years’ experience in admissions, regional operations, sales, outreach, or education leadership—from universities, schools, EdTech, or related sectors
  • Proven record in leading multi-city teams and driving growth against ambitious targets
  • Expertise in relationship-building, negotiation, and community networking
  • Tech-savvy—familiar with CRMs, Excel, social networks, and online outreach campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication skills (English and relevant regional language). Willingness to travel within region as needed
