Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare branch budgets, financial forecasts, sales projections, and profitability analysis
Conduct monthly and periodic financial performance reviews, trend analysis, and MIS reporting
Monitor budget vs actuals, revenue growth, collections, costs, and margins
Provide financial insights and decision support to Branch Head and sales teams
Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing, including price increase implementation and retrospective recovery
Oversee branch-level cash management, petty cash, reconciliations, and debtor analysis
Resolve billing discrepancies and client invoice queries
Monitor and control administrative and operational expenses
Ensure monthly closing of accounts and accurate financial records
Ensure statutory compliance including tax filings, TDS certificates, and audit coordination
