Hiring: Zonal Business Head – High Value LAP


Locations:


Reporting to:


Role Objective:

Drive growth of Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) business across the assigned zone by leading sales teams, expanding channels, ensuring compliance, and maintaining portfolio quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve disbursement and revenue targets for Prime LAP
  • Lead, train, and motivate multi-location sales teams
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
  • Build and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and connectors
  • Ensure portfolio quality, risk control, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor competition and implement effective growth strategies


Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of LAP products and market dynamics
  • Proven leadership and team management capability
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and result-oriented mindset


Experience & Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  • 8–14 years of LAP sales experience
  • 3–4 years in a leadership role managing multi-location teams
  • Consistent track record of achieving business targets
