Promote and sell Zoho products (CRM, Books, Projects, People, etc.) to prospective clients
Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Zoho solutions
Follow up with prospects to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Zoho CRM or other tools
Collaborate with the implementation/support team to ensure smooth onboarding
Keep up to date with new Zoho features, pricing, and market trends
Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events (if applicable)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
0.6-1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or Zoho products
Familiarity with Zoho One suite and its core applications
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical features and explain them to non-technical audiences
Self-driven with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
