Job Description

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, customization, and development of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho One products.

  • Architect and implement end-to-end Zoho solutions based on business needs.

  • Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms (via APIs, Deluge scripts, or webhooks).

  • Manage and mentor a team of Zoho developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Design workflows, automation, and custom functions using Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements.

  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure effective use of Zoho tools and drive adoption.

  • Stay updated with new Zoho features, releases, and best practices to recommend improvements.

  • Prepare Technical documentation for customer requirements.

  • Provide time estimates against customer requirements .

Team Management & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Zoho developers, ensuring effective work allocation, code reviews, and performance management.

  • Set clear technical goals and ensure alignment with business and project objectives.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, track progress, and remove blockers to ensure timely project completion.

  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing to strengthen team skills in Zoho development and integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver seamless solutions.

  • Implement Agile/Scrum practices within the team to improve productivity and project visibility.

  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work culture by motivating the team and recognizing individual contributions.

  • Review and optimize project workflows for better efficiency and resource utilization.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with the Zoho ecosystem.

  • Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and Deluge scripting.

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho API integrations, custom modules, and functions.

  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead technical teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration abilities and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience integrating Zoho with third-party platforms.

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or REST APIs.

  • Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Creator Certification.

  • Prior experience in SaaS or CRM implementation projects.
