Role Overview:

YouTube SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube SEO & Channel Growth

• Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach.
• Plan and execute strategies to increase watch time, impressions, CTR, and subscriber growth.
• Analyze YouTube analytics to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Manage upload schedules and ensure consistent posting aligned with brand goals.
• Research competitors’ channels and identify new content opportunities.

Videography & Shooting

• Plan and shoot professional videos for clients and internal projects (talking heads, interviews, product videos, event coverage, etc.).
• Set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment to ensure high-quality output.
• Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) and short-form video snippets for social media.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, and brand elements to enhance video quality.
• Maintain a consistent style, tone, and branding across all video content.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to bring stories to life.

Key Skills Required:

• YouTube SEO, keyword tools (TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Google Trends)
• Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Videography & basic photography (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras)
• Understanding of YouTube analytics and algorithms
• Storytelling and creative visualization
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• Proven portfolio of YouTube videos or campaigns managed
• Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy
