Description
The ideal candidate for this position will succeed if they have both deep technical and strategic knowledge of YouTube as well as a solid understanding of the content creation and digital media industry . This is essential, as they will be a central figure in decision-making, content direction, growth strategy , and will work with multiple individuals across different teams and functions. This role includes overseeing creative personnel (scriptwriters, editors, designers), helping onboard freelancers, and ensuring the entire content pipeline runs efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of YouTube projects and client channels Oversee and collaborate with a team of creatives and freelancers Help with onboarding, task delegation, and training of new personnel Develop and execute growth strategies for YouTube channels from scratch Analyze metrics to optimize content, thumbnails, titles, and posting strategies Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding progress and strategy Running Ads and collaborating with influencers to grow client channel. Qualifications Proven experience growing YouTube channels (personal or professional) Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, retention, and monetization Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Minimum Experience: 1 Year Nice-to-Have Experience with AI content tools (e.g., AI avatars, script generators, video automation) Prior agency or startup experience Hands-on editing or scripting knowledge is a plus Familiarity with trends across tech, business, lifestyle, or education niches Why Join Aeeonix Media?
