About The Opportunity

• Plan and produce a consistent slate of short- and long-form YouTube videos—from ideation and scripting to editing and publishing—aligned with channel growth goals.
• Optimize all content for discoverability: titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, thumbnails and end-screen strategies to maximize watch-time and subscriber conversion.
• Use analytics to monitor performance, run A/B tests on thumbnails/titles, and iterate content strategy to improve CTR, average view duration, and RPM.
• Manage live streams and community engagement, responding to comments and cultivating a loyal audience to boost retention and recurring viewership.
• Coordinate brand integration and influencer partnerships—pitch concepts, execute sponsored content, and ensure deliverables meet brand and platform guidelines.
• Maintain an efficient content production pipeline and metadata library; document best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaigns.
