Young Professional – Communication & Design Reports To: Assistant Director, Marketing and Communication Location: New Delhi Employment Type: 6 Months Contract Programme Event Support: Assist in organising and executing CRB’s various programme-related events. Provide logistical and operational support to ensure successful event implementation. Support session coordination, speaker management, and documentation/reporting. ISS Summit Coordination: Support the ISS Summit team in event logistics, programme scheduling, and general outreach. Assist in curating and managing content related to programme-specific sessions within the Summit. Ensure effective coordination and communication among stakeholders and participants. Design & Communications: Support the development and design of programme/event-specific communication materials such as event brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations. Ensure branding consistency across all programme materials and activities. Collaborate with internal teams to create visually engaging and impactful event collateral. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field. 6 months – 1 year of experience in event management and/or design-related roles preferred. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.). Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. Experience managing social media content and event promotion is desirable. Show more Show less
