Young Professional - Communication & Design

The position of Young Professional Communication & Design at our organization involves working closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communication in New Delhi. This is a 6-month contract role requiring 6 months of work experience. Your main responsibilities will include providing support for various programme-related events, coordinating the ISS Summit, and assisting in design and communication tasks. In terms of Programme Event Support, you will be expected to assist in the organization and execution of different events, ensuring smooth logistical operations and successful event implementation. This will involve supporting session coordination, managing speakers, and handling documentation and reporting tasks effectively. For ISS Summit Coordination, you will support the team in logistics, scheduling, and outreach efforts related to the summit. Curating and managing content specific to programme sessions within the summit, and maintaining communication and coordination among stakeholders and participants will be key responsibilities. In the area of Design & Communications, you will be responsible for developing and designing communication materials for programmes and events. This includes creating brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations, ensuring consistent branding across all materials. Collaboration with internal teams to produce visually appealing event collateral will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field. Ideally, you should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in event management or design-related roles. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.) is required. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively are essential. Experience in managing social media content and event promotion would be advantageous.,
