Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Workshop Manager to oversee workshop operations and ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality services for our customers. The successful candidate will ensure proper coordination between service advisors and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all activities in the service workshop
• Ensure optimal use of resources and high levels of productivity
• Implement and maintain Tata Motors’ service standards
• Supervise technicians and ensure job quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of services
• Review customer feedback and ensure corrective actions are taken

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in workshop management within an authorized dealership
• Education: Bachelor's/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
• Skills:
• Expertise in workshop management and team leadership
• Strong customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
