Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a vehicle service workshop. This includes supervising technicians, managing inventory, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining an efficient workflow. Your role will also involve playing a key part in customer relations by addressing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise technicians in the workshop - Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels - Ensure safety and quality standards are met - Maintain an efficient workflow in the workshop - Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive service - Minimum 4 years of experience in automobile industry Please note that the work location for this role is in person.
