Summary:
Lead and manage service delivery operations to ensure excellent customer experience, team performance, and process efficiency. Operate in a centralized, high-performing environment supporting virtual customers.Must-Have
Skills:

Proven leadership with 1015 years of experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management

People management and inclusive team leadership

Customer service and change/process management

Proficiency in Excel and intuitive PowerPoint creation

Strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration

Problem-solving and solution development

Ability to learn new tools and technologies

Good-to-Have
Skills:

Knowledge of space utilization and facilities management

Experience with workplace tools and processes

Key Responsibilities:

Govern daily operations and performance of the team
