THE POSITION

:

As a Workforce Resource Management Senior Coordinator - Recruiting/Onboarding - US Shift at EVERSANA, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment strategies and understanding of the MICC landscape, you will source, screen, and present qualified candidates while providing exceptional service to both internal clients and candidates alike. The Workforce Resource Management Senior Coordinator - Recruiting/Onboarding will work with the Workforce Resource Management Coordinator - Recruiting/Onboarding, MICC Workforce Management, MICC Client Manager-Team Leads, MICC Leadership, MICC Training and EVERSANA HR teams to ensure successful hiring, onboarding, training, and deployment of the MICC staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with MICC Client Manager-Team Leads, MICC Leadership, MICC Training and EVERSANA HR teams to understand the unique skills, integrity, and attributes required to succeed in MICC roles.
  • Partner with MICC Leadership to develop staffing level strategies based on project requirements and workforce capacity planning.
  • Provide input to the EVERSANA HR Talent Acquisition team on MICC hiring recruitment. EVERSANA HR Talent Acquisition team will coordinate scheduling of interviews with internal stakeholders and is ultimately responsible in screenings and hiring all the open positions across global markets (North America, EU, India, and other regions).
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and other application materials to ensure alignment with company and client requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the internal stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
  • Maintain regular communication with the internal stakeholders to provide updates on candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and feedback.
  • Discuss operations requirements with HR recruitment team to provide feedback, concerns and managing concerns and expectations.
  • Work closely with the hiring and recruitment team to discuss requirements for the positions to be filled for Medical Information and Medical Affairs teams.
  • Support hiring for those countries and regions which are out of scope of current hiring and recruiting team.
  • Collaborate with the internal Training and Onboarding team to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
  • Education

    : Bachelor s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration with a focus in HR or a related discipline.
  • Experience and/or Training

    :
    • 5 to 8 years of experience.
    • Proven experience as an MICC/Contact Center/BPO/Customer Care Center recruiter for global organization.
    • Experience of leading a hiring and recruiting team in a managerial capacity
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
    • Ability to work in the US time zone from the Pune office.
    • Strong understanding of MICC roles, technologies, and terminology.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.
    • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
