Workforce Manager

You will be joining our growing team as a strategic and proactive Workforce Manager/Manager RMG. Your role will involve aligning our people, projects, and priorities to ensure efficient resource utilization, optimal team productivity, and long-term business success. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end resource planning, allocation, and forecasting process across multiple departments or projects. - Monitor team bandwidth, utilization, and skill availability to balance workloads effectively. - Collaborate with department heads and project managers to identify current and future staffing needs. - Analyse data to identify resource gaps, over-allocations, and opportunities for optimization. - Drive workforce strategies to support business growth and agility. - Maintain and improve tools, processes, and reporting systems for visibility into resource allocation. - Monitor ongoing utilization and support adjustments in real-time. - Run regular review meetings to assess bandwidth, plan leaves, and manage workload balancing. - Maintain simple yet effective reports for leadership visibility. - Coordinate and support staffing for new projects, backfill needs, and identifying capability needs. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in resource or workforce management. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. - Strong Excel and manual tracking skills. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and good with people. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - An eye for detail, timelines, and smooth project delivery. - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, MS Project, or similar. - Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments, preferably in IT, consulting, or professional services. - A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement.,
