Workforce Manager

As a Workforce Manager, You Will:

• Collaborate closely with Operations to align team efforts with company goals and partner objectives.
• Interact directly with external partners, building long-term, strategic relationships.
• Analyze partner metrics and workforce staffing trends consistently.
• Recommend and implement process efficiencies to optimize program performance.
• Lead, support, and retain members of the Workforce team through active management and motivation.
• Represent Workforce in sales meetings and contribute to RFI responses.
• Stay informed of emerging tools and trends in workforce management.

As a Workforce Manager, You Have:

• A

  University or College Degree

  in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business).
• Experience using
