We're seeking a Workforce Manager to lead and supervise all activities related to the Workforce team for a dedicated IntouchCX program. This leadership role requires someone with the vision, experience, and passion to contribute to our culture and drive success for our clients. As a Workforce Manager, You Will: Collaborate closely with Operations to align team efforts with company goals and partner objectives. Interact directly with external partners, building long-term, strategic relationships. Analyze partner metrics and workforce staffing trends consistently. Recommend and implement process efficiencies to optimize program performance. Lead, support, and retain members of the Workforce team through active management and motivation. Represent Workforce in sales meetings and contribute to RFI responses. Stay informed of emerging tools and trends in workforce management. As a Workforce Manager, You Have: A University or College Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business). Experience using Aspect Software (considered an asset). Strong analytical , problem-solving , and technical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Superior organizational abilities and a results-focused mindset. The ability to perform and lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Confidence interacting with employees at all levels and from diverse backgrounds. Strategic thinking skills paired with strong planning and performance monitoring capabilities.
